Come break a sweat with this total body workout! Push your limits in this 60-minute class that combines strength & HIIT intervals that will help you tone, sculpt and condition your body.

Box + HIIT

Wednesdays: 6-7AM – Tiger Rock Martial Arts, Camp Hill, PA 6:30-7:30PM – Camp Curtin YMCA, Harrisburg, PA


A total body workout coming at you! This 60-minute class combines boxing & HIIT circuits that will help push you to your max! Your heart rate is guaranteed to spike with our tabata-style interval circuits that will build your muscular endurance!


Each class finishes with a killer Team or Partner burnout round guaranteed to leave nothing left in your tank!

Spin + Box

Thursdays: 6:00-6:50pm – Central Penn Health ​1051 Hummel Ave, ​Lemoyne, PA


You’ll go the distance and pack a whole lotta PUNCH in this 50-minute class. Spin + Box has 3 rhythmic cycling stages consisting of rolling hills, sprints and hills, followed by 6, 3-minute high-intensity rounds of boxing.


Suitable for all skill levels.
