Box + HIIT

A total body workout coming at you!

This 60-minute class combines boxing & HIIT circuits that will help push you to your max!

Your heart rate is guaranteed to spike with our tabata-style interval circuits that will build your muscular endurance!

Each class finishes with a killer Team or Partner burnout round guaranteed to leave nothing left in your tank!

Box + Spin

Thursdays: 6:00-6:50pm – Central Penn Health ​1051 Hummel Ave, ​Lemoyne, PA

You’ll go the distance and pack a whole lotta PUNCH in this 50-minute class.

Box + Spin has 3 rhythmic cycling stages consisting of rolling hills, sprints and hills, followed by 6, 3-minute high-intensity rounds of boxing.
