Electronics Technician

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Electronics Technician to join a manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining electrical and electronic equipment to help keep production equipment operating efficiently and minimize downtime.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Install, maintain, and test control systems, PLCs, sensors, drives, and other automated equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Diagnose equipment issues using electronic testing and diagnostic equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment upgrades to reduce downtime.
• Troubleshoot motor controls, automation systems, and other electrical components.
• Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) requirements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
• Support additional maintenance and repair needs as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of industrial electronics or electrical maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Experience using electronic testing and diagnostic equipment.
• Experience with PLCs, motor controls, sensors, drives, or automation systems is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to equipment issues.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the workday.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
