Structure

Our 60-minute classes incorporate a variety of boxing, tabata, strength training, HIIT Circuits, plyometrics & ab work to help strengthen and tone your body.

Classes take place at the Camp Curtin YMCA, Tiger Rock Martial Arts, and various locations throughout the city of Harrisburg.

Mission

Is to empower individuals to take charge of their lives, reach their fitness goals, become part of the Harrisburg fitness community and find their inner warrior.

Thrive Coaches

We take pride in creating unique workout experiences for fitness enthusiasts in the Harrisburg Area.

Each of our Thrive Coaches bring a different fitness background to the team. We use these backgrounds to create unique workouts for our warriors. Without a doubt, our coaches bring an unlimited amount of energy, positivity and creativity to each class helping you start or end your day on a high note.

Discover

Try a few classes. Each one will be a little different, but generally incorporate similar exercises. Find out what you like and set a goal.

Strengthen

Take that goal you set when you were discovering what types of workouts you liked and lets work to reach that goal. Share your goals with your Thrive Coach, so they can help you achieve it.

Thrive

Become the badass you know you are. Continue to work and train hard. Treat others with kindness and respect. Become a Thrive Warrior. You'll become stronger than you've ever been and reminded you are capable of all things.
